By receiving materials and other information, including but not limited to knitting patterns (collectively, the "Material") from Stitch Therapy, whether or not for free, you acknowledge and agree that such Material is protected by copyright laws, whether or not registered, and/or other proprietary rights or laws.

You acknowledge and agree that you will use the Material only for your personal, non-commercial use and that you will not modify, reproduce or create derivative works from the Material, other than for your own personal use. You agree that you will not publish, transfer, sell, distribute, display or otherwise commercially exploit the Material.

Stitch Therapy does not guarantee that the Material is of satisfactory quality, accurate, or non-infringing. Under no circumstances shall Stitch Therapy or its designers be held responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, for any loss or damage resulting from, or alleged to have resulted from, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on the Material.

Stitch Therapy reserves all rights in the Material as well as the right to take legal action to stop any non-permitted use.
